The project: Develop and a deliver a suite of content using Pardot marketing automation to re-engage lapsed prospects

The client briefed us to create and deliver a re-engagement campaign for their lapsed prospects. We began by splitting the potential audience in to three segments, dependent of the level of prior engagement before devising a content strategy to meet the needs of each segment.
The content included animations, infographics, long form blog posts, how-to guides and videos. We then set up dynamic automation workflows to deliver the content and appropriately score leads to pass back to the sales team for follow up.
The activity delivered great results in terms of re-engagement and conversions to customers.
