The project: Develop a concept for K3 Starcom’s presence at IPExpo 2016, deliver pre- and post-exhibition communications strategies, a stand design and themed giveaways. And be on site to make sure everything goes to plan!
Disciplines: Exhibition, Design, Copy, Email Marketing.We developed a theme of ‘Start your journey to the cloud’ based on a Tube map. We launched with a series of pre-show emails to the prospect and customer database to encourage attendance and to announce the keynote speaker.
The Tube map theme was continued with ‘commuter kit’ giveaways of K3 Starcom branded goodies and literature. We used social media to amplify their presence and to run a competition over the two days of the show.
