ATG Access asked us to create a secure online file sharing library for their international distributor network and VIP customers. The library houses marketing collateral, operational instructions and product specifications and is only available to registered users.

The team at ATG wanted to cut down on admin time spent handling requests and instead provide a seamless self-service portal where all the information would be available in one place. Distributors and customers can access different types of information pertinent to them, so user account types had to be able to cater for that.

 

 

To satisfy the project requirement, we built a number of custom features including a digital cart function to collect and download digital files in bulk, a product finder, a quote builder tool and a tracking system that generates notifications when information has been downloaded to provide the sales team information to follow up.

After commissioning Workshop Marketing to launch a gated file sharing portal for our VIP customers and International Distributors, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Utilising conversion rate optimisation research conducted on our main company website, Workshop proposed a new product page structure as well as a revised navigation menu and filtering function. Feedback has been incredibly positive and, it is clear to us that the CRO project has provided us the direction needed to implement the same large scale changes to our main company website.
