Creation of remote working resources and an online hub for a technology B2B client. The project enabled our client to pivot strategy when IT priorities suddenly changed and be visible as demand for remote working infrastructure skyrocketed, ultimately delivering £43 revenue for every £1 spent.

The rapid transition to home working left businesses with major obstacles around accessibility and cybersecurity. Clear-cut, trusted support was needed, which was initially difficult to pinpoint among brand statements and crisis communications.

To cut through, answer urgent questions and put our client front and centre, we created the K3 Covid-19 IT Advice Hub. A one-stop-shop with a wealth of downloadable resources, it featured helpful and highly relevant content for navigating remote working and being cyber-secure, with specific pieces for IT leaders and users.

From handbooks of new cyberscams, to interactive checklists outlining key return-to-work tasks and short explainer animations for WFH technology, we proactively launched new content as audience priorities developed to maintain engagement and nurture leads.

To quickly create assets and run an efficient, powerful campaign, we thought smart and worked flexibly. Repurposing and reoptimising, using HubSpot automation and intelligent data capture, and developing sharp messaging that appealed to multiple audiences were key.

Workshop’s agility and creativity gave K3 the edge to maximise a unique opportunity in a crowded market. They delivered 117 direct qualified leads in just 4 weeks, meaning we could focus on client support and place lead generation in safe hands. The way this project was executed gives me confidence that we are poised to manage further rapid turns in the market. Stuart Buckley, Sales Director at K3
