Treka approached Workshop to take on the task. With the vehicles the obvious star of the show, we designed a site that highlights the features and benefits of the Treka range, but also promotes the depth of technical skill and knowledge that underpins the manufacturing process.

In addition to a new site, and with an ever-increasing number of Treka vehicles on the road, the company also wanted to move spare parts sales online.
Central to the project scope was to connect Treka’s ERP software (Dynamics 365 Business Central) to the shop in order to handle product, image and inventory management from within Business Central and to sync customer and order communication processes.

We specified WooCommerce and used a 3rd party connector (Tinx) to provide the integration, working hand-in-hand with the Sales Admin team, Business Analysts, IT team and Tinx to map out the process and build the entire system from scratch.
Custom elements for the shop also included managing non-stock item enquiries and bespoke shipping enquiries for fragile items.
